- Hi folks, I am Pastor Rus. My life is a busy place, but God has blessed me enormously. I live in north central Ohio with my amazing wife and four great kids. I serve a small parish in Shelby, Ohio with big ministry. We are proof that you don't have to be a mega-church to do mega ministry.
